1. Overview

IssuraDoc (issuradoc.com), operated as a DBA of NB Advisory Group LLC, provides fixed-price document drafting services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and order process, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

This policy applies to issuradoc.com and to the intake forms you complete after placing an order. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, including our payment processor or file-hosting services you may choose to use.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• —Contact details — your name, company name, and email address, collected at checkout and on our intake forms.
• —Order content — everything you submit through our intake forms (SOP, Policy, RFP, or Handbook), which may include process details, company policies, solicitation documents, employee counts, states of operation, and any files or links you provide.
• —Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details ourselves; see Section 4 for more on Stripe's role.
• —Correspondence — any emails you send us, including revision requests.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• —Basic site analytics — page views and visit counts for issuradoc.com, collected through our website platform (Framer). This is aggregate usage data and is not used to identify individual visitors.

3. How We Use It

• —To draft the document you ordered, based exclusively on what you submit.
• —To process payment and send order confirmations.
• —To communicate with you about your order, including delivery, revisions, and support requests.
• —To maintain our internal order-tracking records.
• —To understand overall site traffic and improve issuradoc.com.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of visitors or clients for marketing purposes.

4. How We Share It

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to run IssuraDoc, each of whom processes data under their own privacy terms:

• —Stripe — processes payment. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
• —Tally — hosts our intake forms and stores your submitted responses. Tally is based in the EU and processes data under GDPR.
• —Google Workspace — our business email (hello@issuradoc.com, orders@issuradoc.com) and internal order-tracking spreadsheet run on Google Workspace.
• —AI drafting systems — see Section 5 below for how your intake information is used to draft your document.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of IssuraDoc, our clients, or others.

5. AI-Assisted Drafting

Documents are drafted using AI-assisted tools. The information you submit in your intake form is processed by third-party AI systems operating under configurations that exclude your data from being used to train any model.

We do not control the underlying infrastructure of these systems, but we operate under settings and terms designed to minimize data retention and prevent training use. This mirrors the disclosure in our Service Terms & Revision Policy, which governs the drafting process itself.

If your document contains highly sensitive information — trade secrets, personally identifiable information of third parties, or classified material — we recommend consulting your own legal counsel before submitting it through our intake form.

6. Data Retention

• —Intake form submissions and related correspondence are retained for up to 30 days following order completion, after which they are no longer accessible to us.
• —Order records (name, email, product, order date) are retained in our internal tracking system for standard business and accounting purposes.
• —Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their own retention practices.

7. Cookies & Analytics

Our website platform (Framer) collects basic, aggregate analytics — such as page views and visit counts — to help us understand how issuradoc.com is used. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party ad-tracking or retargeting pixels on this site.

8. Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the following rights regarding your personal information:

• —The right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared.
• —The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (for example, information we're required to retain for tax or accounting purposes).
• —The right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@issuradoc.com — we'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

If you are located outside the United States, you may have additional rights under your local law. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

9. Data Security

We rely on the security practices of our service providers (Stripe, Tally, Google Workspace) to protect information in transit and at rest, and we limit internal access to client data to what's necessary to fulfill your order. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

IssuraDoc is a business-to-business service intended for use by adults acting on behalf of a company or organization. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that engagement. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
