1. Overview
These Service Terms govern all orders placed through IssuraDoc (issuradoc.com), a productized document drafting service operated as a DBA of NB Advisory Group LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
IssuraDoc produces professional draft documents only. Nothing in any deliverable constitutes legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice. Clients are responsible for reviewing all deliverables with qualified professionals before use.
2. What You're Ordering
Each order covers one document — defined as follows:
- —SOP — One standard operating procedure covering one process or workflow. Up to 8–12 pages.
- —Policy Document — One company policy covering one policy area. Up to 6–10 pages.
- —RFP Response Draft — One response draft for one solicitation number. Full narrative response.
- —Employee Handbook — One handbook for one company. 30–50 pages covering the policy areas specified in the intake form.
If your needs exceed the scope of a single order, additional orders must be placed separately. For volume arrangements, contact hello@issuradoc.com before placing your order.
3. The Intake Form
After payment, you will receive a link to a short intake form specific to your document type. The intake form is the sole basis for your document draft. IssuraDoc drafts documents based exclusively on the information submitted — we do not conduct independent research, verify facts, or make assumptions beyond what you provide.
3.1 Your Responsibilities
- —Complete the intake form accurately and in full before the delivery clock starts.
- —Provide complete, truthful, and sufficient information to enable a professional draft.
- —Upload any required supporting documents (e.g., the RFP solicitation document for RFP Response orders).
- —Confirm your submission with the scope confirmation checkbox on the form.
3.2 Incomplete Submissions
If your intake form is incomplete, ambiguous, or missing required information, IssuraDoc will contact you at the email address used at checkout within 1 business day. The delivery clock pauses until a complete submission is received. IssuraDoc is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incomplete intake submissions.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are calculated from the time a complete and valid intake form is submitted — not from the time of payment.
Deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout as a Word (.docx) file and a PDF.
5. Revision Policy
Every order includes one (1) round of revisions at no additional charge. This section defines what a revision is, what it is not, and how to request one.
5.1 What Counts as a Revision
- —Adjustments to tone, voice, or formality level
- —Restructuring of sections or reordering of content
- —Corrections to factual information that was provided in the intake form but drafted incorrectly
- —Clarification or expansion of specific sections within the original scope
- —Formatting adjustments (headers, layout, table structure)
- —Removal of sections that fall outside your needs
5.2 What Does Not Count as a Revision
- —Requests to change the fundamental scope of the document (e.g., converting a single-process SOP into a multi-process manual)
- —Requests to add sections, topics, or content areas not referenced in the original intake form
- —Rewrites requested because the intake form was incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted with insufficient detail
- —Requests that require sourcing new information not provided by the client
- —Changes to underlying facts, policies, or processes that were not disclosed at intake
If your request falls outside this scope, IssuraDoc will notify you and provide a quote for the additional work as a separate order.
5.3 How to Request a Revision
- —Submit your revision request to hello@issuradoc.com within 5 business days of delivery.
- —Use the subject line: "Revision Request — [Document Type] — [Your Company Name]"
- —Describe your requested changes clearly and specifically. Reference section numbers or page numbers where applicable.
- —Revised documents will be delivered within 24 hours (SOP, Policy, RFP) or 48 hours (Employee Handbook) of a complete revision request.
Revision requests submitted after 5 business days of delivery are not covered by the included revision and will be treated as a new order.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional document drafting, IssuraDoc does not offer refunds once the drafting process has begun — defined as the point at which a complete intake form has been submitted.
If IssuraDoc fails to deliver a document within the stated delivery window due to a cause within our control, the client is entitled to a full refund. To request a refund under this provision, contact hello@issuradoc.com within 5 business days of the missed deadline.
Refunds are not issued for deliverables the client considers unsatisfactory when the document was drafted accurately based on the information provided in the intake form. The revision process is the appropriate remedy in those cases.
7. Confidentiality & Data Use
IssuraDoc treats all client-submitted information with care and uses it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7.1 How Your Information Is Used
- —Information submitted via the intake form is used exclusively to draft your document.
- —IssuraDoc does not sell, share, or disclose client information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
- —Client information is not used to train AI models. IssuraDoc operates under an AI usage configuration in which conversation data is explicitly excluded from model training.
- —Intake submissions and associated correspondence are retained for up to 30 days following order completion, after which they are no longer accessible.
7.2 AI-Assisted Drafting Disclosure
Documents are drafted using AI-assisted tools. As part of this process, the information you submit in your intake form is processed by third-party AI systems operating under privacy configurations that prohibit the use of your data for model training. IssuraDoc does not control the underlying infrastructure of these systems but operates under settings and terms designed to minimize data retention and prevent training use.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and consent to this AI-assisted drafting process. If your document contains highly sensitive information (e.g., trade secrets, personally identifiable information, classified data), we recommend consulting with your legal counsel before submission.
8. Limitation of Liability
IssuraDoc's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. IssuraDoc is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of any deliverable, including but not limited to regulatory penalties, contract disputes, or business losses.
All deliverables are professional draft documents intended as a starting point for client review and finalization. IssuraDoc does not warrant that any deliverable is legally compliant, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.
